Tips & Tricks Tuesday: Using Remember The Milk to stay organized with ADHD

In honor of ADHD Awareness Month, we are featuring a few tips for managing ADHD when it comes to your to-do list. (And as with many things ADHD, tips and supports benefit everyone, not just those who have it.)

As the app that goes everywhere you do, Remember The Milk is an excellent companion to help organize your day: you’ll always have your list with you, able to add a task, be reminded of what is next, or help decide what to do and when.

In that spirit, we have a few of our most popular tips to share that can be especially helpful to manage ADHD.

For those moments when you need help deciding what to do, you can also use it to help decide on just the tasks you want to work on.

And your to-do list is helpful for building and reinforcing habits, which can feel essential at times! Using repeating tasks can help you make those kinds of things more routine.

Ultimately, a good to-do list is an indispensable navigator, helping you guide your life to your destinations along the way.
