Tips & Tricks Tuesday: Winning online auctions by adding tasks
Online auctions are great, but who hasn’t missed an email about an item they’re watching?
This week’s tip comes from zerzawy, who suggests adding a task with the appropriate due date. Then you can be reminded to act on that auction at the appropriate time.
I often use online auctions similar to eBay. When I find time, I stroll around the products and when I see something interesting I share it to RTM, together with the due time when I think I should react at least. When this product pops up in RTM, I still have time to decide if I need it and can enter the auction. So in many cases I found out I don’t need it, and because I didn’t bid, I have no obligations.
Thanks for sharing this tip, zerzawy! You’re our Tips & Tricks Tuesday winner this week.
