Tips & Tricks Tuesday: Using your lists to find and to keep work/life balance
The past few years have upended all kinds of ways we organize our work and home lives. (And even that may be an understatement!) So we appreciated this tip from stevenov that offers a simple and perennial reminder to organize your tasks in a way that helps strike the balance between work and home.
Just a reminder about the beauty of lists! With so many working from home, it’s easy for your work projects and personal ones to blend together. Lists are an easy way to keep everything separated. Create a work list, so when you’re working, you only see work stuff. Use a personal list, so when you’re done, you only see everything else. Switching from one to the other is also a good way to signify the beginning and the end of the work day.
It’s more of a mental tip, but an important one.
