Tips & Tricks Tuesday: A Smart List for when you're out of the office
Keeping track of your vacation days and appointments for your job can feel like its own job some days! This week’s tip, shared by describer99, suggests keeping track of them with tasks for each day, and a quick-search Smart List that pulls them all together.
Sometimes I need to glance quickly at dates I’m out of the office for future appointments or days off. For each date, I create a simple task called “Out of the Office” with a due date of the date I’m out. I then searched by the term “Out of the Office” and created a Smart List, sorted by due date. The list gives me a quick glance at all of the days I have blocked out. I use the notes field to jot down what I have going on that day.
