New forum: Tips & Tricks
By popular demand, we recently created a Tips & Tricks forum for RTM. We kickstarted things with a few posts from the Help and Ideas forums that have featured tips, and the awesome forum community has been filling the new forum with all kinds of neat tips, tricks, and hacks. A small sampling of the cool stuff you can find there:
Upgraded support system
Need to get in touch with the RTM team? We now have a new ticketing system for support, which will enable us to better handle all of your queries (I did try getting Bob to help me out with support, but he only speaks monkey, so he’s not much use).
To contact us, just visit the Help by Email page. Sending us a query here will create a numbered help case in our system, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible – and don’t forget that if you have a Pro account, you’ll receive priority support (and you’re awesome).
