Show tasks on your calendar

The iCalendar service now features the ability to export tasks as events. This means that you can view your tasks with calendar software such as Google Calendar, Apple iCal and Mozilla Sunbird, which will normally only display events (and not tasks) on the calendar.

To access your tasks as events, simply add events to the end of the iCalendar feed of your choice, and subscribe to the feed in your calendar software. For example, to retrieve all tasks as events, subscribe to: webcal://www.rememberthemilk.com/icalendar/yourusername/events/

Only tasks with due dates will be shown as events.

(Please note that Google Calendar does not support authenticated iCalendar feeds as yet, so only published lists will work with it for now.)

Update: The subscription process has now been made easier, and detailed instructions are available.
