Using Remember The Milk to manage your tasks helps you keep track of what you have to do, and what you have recently completed. This week's tip, shared by lasthunter, discusses how you can keep this info handy for daily use.
Agile software development really goes along the GTD methodology.
Daily morning stand-up meetings are for reviewing what each team member did last day and what he will be doing today.
It is of course very difficult to remember what I was doing. And that's the moment when RTM comes in play – I look at my working list and go through recently completed tasks.
And for upcoming tasks for the day – I just look at my @Today Smart List (which I prepare before the stand-up from the tasks tagged as @next) and tell the rest of the team what I plan to do.
