Webware 100 winner

We were thrilled to learn that RTM is a Webware 100 Awards winner in the Productivity category, for the second year in a row. Thanks to everyone who voted us! :)

It’s a big honour to be included; after receiving more than 6,000 nominations, the editors selected 300 finalists. The top 100 Web 2.0 products in 10 different categories were then selected by a public vote.

You can check out the full list of winners here.

A man in a cow suit?

Monday, March 30, 2009 by Krissy Bradfield

Man in a cow suit

How great is this photo! I came across it while browsing through Flickr and had to share it on the blog. This young man is an Education student at Purdue University and he was involved in an info session about Web 2.0 technologies and their role in teaching and learning. Apparently the Remember The Milk group was “one of the most popular stops of the evening.”

We love to hear how our users are integrating RTM into their lives and areas of expertise. If you’ve got an interesting story or case study be sure to let us know!

(By the way – big thanks to Kevin Oshea from Purdue University for the use of the photo. If anyone knows who the man in the cow suit is – let me know!)

Wow! Remember The Milk wins Apple Design Award

Friday, June 13, 2008 by Emily Boyd

Bob with the Apple Design Award. It glows!

We're at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference in San Francisco this week (yes, Bob T. Monkey too), and last night went along to the Apple Design Awards. These prestigious awards recognise "technical excellence, innovation, and outstanding achievement in software development".

So, you can imagine how hugely honoured we were when Remember The Milk for iPhone & iPod touch was named the winner in the Best iPhone Web Application category! A big thanks to everyone at Apple, and all the RTM users who've supported us. Congratulations too, to all the other winners — there were some fantastic applications represented at the Awards, and we were thrilled to be in such incredible company. :)

Remember The Milk featured in new book

Thursday, December 6, 2007 by Emily Boyd

We were thrilled to see Remember The Milk included in a new Japanese book, シゴトはネットで片づける!, which is all about using Web 2.0 tools for GTD.

Unfortunately I can't tell you what it says because my Japanese skills are a little lacking, but author of RTM Japan blog Hiroshi assures us that it says nice things and provides a handy guide to getting started with RTM.

If you speak Japanese, check it out!
