"What was the name of that song?" If you've ever been bothered by forgetting a song, you'll appreciate this week's tip, shared by vkhubani, which offers a simple way to keep track of what new songs you hear so you never forget again.
When I'm in the gym and I hear a cool song, I use my phone to discover it's name (something like SoundHound or Shazam). These apps usually have a "share" feature so that you can send the name of the song you just heard to a friend. I simply send it to my RTM email address and add "#music" to the subject line. That way, when I get around to downloading songs into my mp3 player all I have to do is open the list and I have all the new tunes I've heard lately.
Thanks for sharing this tip, vkhubani! You're our Tips & Tricks Tuesday winner this week.
